Article 6: Payment TermsBetanic Casino offers various payment methods for you to fund your Account. You acknowledge that all transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of each applicable payment method. Betanic Casino reserves the right to charge fees, interest or other charges in connection with these transactions.
Article 7: Bonus Terms and Conditions
a) Bonuses offered by Betanic Casino ("Bonuses") must be used for their intended purpose only;
b) Any winnings resulting from the use of a Bonus will be credited to your Account as per our payout terms;
c) The maximum bet size that can be placed using bonus funds is £5, except where specified otherwise in these Terms and Conditions or any other promotional offer.
Article 8: Withdrawal LimitsBetanic Casino may set daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits for certain payment methods. Betanic Casino reserves the right to adjust or remove these limits as it sees fit without prior notice.
Article 9: Deposits and RefundsYou acknowledge that all deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where we have been unable to verify your identity or comply with relevant laws. In such instances, a deposit will be returned less any applicable fees.
Article 10: Security of FundsBetanic Casino uses best efforts to maintain the security of funds on customer accounts but assumes no liability for losses that may arise due to failures of third-party service providers.
Article 11: Responsible Gaming
a) Betanic Casino encourages responsible gaming and urges you to play responsibly;
b) You can set deposit, loss or time limits through your Account settings. These settings do not constitute a cooling-off period;
c) You agree to comply with all relevant laws related to responsible gaming.
Article 12: TerminationBetanic Casino may terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, you will immediately cease using the Service and your Account.
Article 13: Liability Disclaimer
a) Betanic Casino disclaims all warranties (express or implied);
b) In no event shall we be liable to you for indirect losses or special damages;
c) Any liability arising from these Terms and Conditions is limited to the value of any applicable losses.
Article 14: Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions are governed by, construed in accordance with, and will be enforced under the laws of England. The parties submit to exclusive jurisdiction of English courts for all disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understand, agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions as may apply to your use of the Services from time to time.
